Five Cougars Earn All-Conference Honors After Standout Season
After a strong season that saw Lassen College Volleyball finish second in the Golden Valley Conference and punch their ticket to the postseason, the Cougars are now celebrating a new milestone: five players have earned All-Conference honors.
These awards highlight the incredible teamwork, effort, and individual excellence that drove the Cougars to one of their best finishes in recent seasons.
Pacey Harris – First Team All-Conference
The sophomore libero was a defensive force all season long. Known for her hustle, consistency, and leadership in the back row, Harris anchored the Cougar defense and racked up a season’s worth of jaw-dropping digs. Her presence on the court brought poise and stability in the toughest moments.
Mackenzee Sills – First Team All-Conference
A powerhouse at the net, Sills made her mark with aggressive hitting and reliable blocking. Her offensive production and court awareness gave Lassen a major edge in conference play, and her growth this season was undeniable.
Lucy Platz – First Team All-Conference
The sophomore setter was the engine behind Lassen’s offense, delivering precision sets and making smart decisions under pressure. Platz not only ran the floor with confidence but also led her team with poise and heart from start to finish.
Olive Chandler – Second Team All-Conference
Chandler brought fire to the Cougar offense with her powerful swings and fearless approach. A go-to option at outside hitter, she consistently delivered in big moments, helping Lassen to multiple key victories during the conference season.
Vanessa Lott – Second Team All-Conference
A steady and reliable contributor at middle blocker, Lott's athleticism and presence at the net made her a tough matchup for opponents. She was a consistent force on both sides of the ball and came through in clutch situations.
